Refund Policy

At our dental clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care. However, we understand that situations may arise that require refunds or adjustments.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are issued if a prepaid treatment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment.
• If a procedure is not completed due to clinical reasons, a partial refund or credit may be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed services are non-refundable
• Custom appliances once fabricated (e.g., dentures, crowns) are not eligible for refund

Please contact our clinic within 7 days of the appointment date. We will review the case and respond within 3 business days.
